Implemented bank reporting including covenant monitoring and compliance while also managing the external audit engagement. Spearheaded cash management activities maximizing value which supported the strategic sale process of three out of five divisions for the bank and investors.

Developed and organized financial statements, performed a complete historical reconciliation of Trust accounts, and developed key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize capital and profitability.
